You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. tati89 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the tati89 support team. Any outstanding settled balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any pending bonus wagering obligations.

All transactions on tati89 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). tati89 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

From time to time, tati89 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, including eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, and expiry dates. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, tati89 reserves the right to void all associated bets, forfeit bonus balances, recover any winnings derived from bonus abuse, and permanently close the account without prior notice.
All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, amended, or extended at tati89's discretion at any time. Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day — are offered at tati89's sole discretion and carry no guarantee of recurrence in future periods.
All bets placed on tati89 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. tati89 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has commenced, where odds were published in error, or where the bet exceeds the maximum stake limit applicable to the relevant market.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Markets may be suspended during live events at tati89's discretion. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted. tati89 makes no guarantee as to the availability of any specific market at any given time.
A bet may be voided and the original stake returned in the following circumstances:
tati89 applies maximum payout limits per event and per Member per day. These limits vary by sport and game type and are published within the relevant betting interface. Where a single bet or accumulator would exceed the applicable maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the stated limit and the applicable odds adjusted accordingly at settlement.
Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of two selections. If one selection in a mix parlay is voided, the bet is recalculated as an accumulator of the remaining selections. If two or more selections are voided, the bet is settled at the reduced odds of the remaining valid selections. A mix parlay containing only one valid selection will be settled as a single bet at the applicable single-bet odds.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any tati89 intellectual property without express prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. This licence is immediately revoked upon closure or suspension of your account.
tati89 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. In summary, tati89 collects personal data solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. tati89 does not sell Member data to third-party marketing organisations.

Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party network failures, and other circumstances outside tati89's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. tati89 accepts no liability for losses — including loss of winnings or betting opportunities — arising from such interruptions.
Betting inherently involves financial risk. tati89 accepts no liability for any betting losses incurred by Members in the normal course of wagering. By placing a bet, you accept that loss of your staked amount is a possible and foreseeable outcome.
tati89 integrates third-party services including game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft), payment processors, and data providers. tati89 accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, or technical failures of these third parties, provided that tati89 has exercised reasonable care in their selection and oversight.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tati89's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tati89 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tati89 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account. Any account balance at the time of closure will be returned via your verified withdrawal method.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tati89 holds its international gaming licence. This choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under Indonesian law.
In the event of a dispute between you and tati89, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. tati89 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority.
These Terms are issued in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
